Reparing the damage
In 2014 Allanwater had surrounded the cleared area at the top of the hill with unsightly Heras fencing, preventing access.   This was removed a few days before the Group's representation at Stirling Council's Petition Panel on 15 January 2015.   The Panel stated, and we agreed, that the Petition Panel may have contributed to the removal of the fencing, albeit much delayed.
Luxury Mansion
We fought Allanwater Developments' first plan to build a huge private house on the hill.   For the full story, see Mansion One.
Core Path
We maintained our monitoring of the Core Path across Holmehill, reporting back to Stirling Council.   Chris Spray continued his monthly environmental surveys: see Chris Spray's Blogs.
Charrette
We participated in this exercise in community involvement in planning.
Litter Pick
Some 15 people collected 10 bags of rubbish were picked up on the site and this was taken away by Stirling Council.
Events
We were at the Fling by the River.   For Halloween we repeated Spooky Fun: a story-telling, spooky evening in the Braeport and on Holmehill with cakes, raffles, and dressing-up.
