Construction of 6 Cottage Flats and 2 Wheelchair User Bungalows at Bogside, Dunblane

Forth Housing wishes to advise that JB Bennett (Contracts) Ltd  are scheduled to start construction works for 8  affordable rented homes on the corner site at Bogside, on 27 June 2016. These works are scheduled to be complete in February 2017.

The contractor and Forth Housing are fully aware of occupied residential premises across from the site and the contractor will try to minimise any inconvenience to residents during the construction period.

There may be occasions during the construction period, for example, when the contractor is offloading bulky building materials or carrying out a specific building operation, which means that some of the roadway in Bogside may be restricted for a limited period. The contractor will try to keep this to a minimum and you will be advised of this beforehand. Forth Housing thanks you for your co-operation regarding this during the construction period.

The contractor’s normal working hours are 8.00am until 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am until 1.00pm on Saturdays. There is to be no noisy working on Sunday or Bank Holidays.
