Laighhills Ecological Assessment

Stirling Council is proposing to redesign the Laighhills, in Dunblane

The attached report was commissioned to provide a preliminary ecological assessment of the area.

The survey, carried out in September 2013, was requested in order to provide an overview of the area as regards the main habitat types and the presence or likely presence of protected or notable species. Particular attention was given to the potential for otter, water vole, badger, bat, amphibian, breeding bird and invertebrate activity within the survey area.
