April 26, 2026
An exciting young quartet from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland are giving an afternoon concert in Dunblane Cathedral on Sunday 26th April.
The Waverley Quartet are guests of Dunblane Cathedral Arts Guild and are coming to play Haydn, Webern and Smetana.
They are seasoned performers on the concert platform at the Conservatoire and have received mentoring from experienced chamber musicians, including the Brodsky Quartet.
Equally impressive as soloists, the four joined together in 2024 to play quartets, a venture which has led them to festivals and competitions and even to the stage in the Wigmore Hall.
Their concert in the Cathedral on Sunday 26th starts at 3pm. Admission is by donation.
