Our Privacy Policy

We keep data on two categories of people: Members and Contacts. Members are people who have joined Holmehill Community Buyout, completing a membership form and paying a fee. Contacts are people who have explicitly asked to be kept informed about our activities.

For Members we keep only the data on the membership form, possibly with later amendements supplied by the member. For Contacts we keep only the name and the email address.

We never share data with third parties, and we do our best to keep your data secure. Email addresses are held on a separate computer account used only for sending Holmehill mail.

We will always follow the expressed wishes of Members and Contacts in dealing with their data. In particular we will delete email addresses of people who no longer wish to hear from us
