    Yoga class with Paula in the Victoria Hall on Thursdays from 6pm to 7pm.

    Paula started practicing yoga about 25 years ago when, as a Stirling University student, she joined an Iyengar yoga class at the University. Since then, Paula has practiced many types of Yoga and brings various aspects of each into her classes which are energising,  dynamic and varied. Paula qualified with Yoga Scotland - Teacher Training Diploma (500 hrs) and continues her ongoing training by regularly attending seminars and workshops as part of her continuous professional development .

    Classes focus on developing body and breath awareness, strength, flexibility and balance to improve general wellbeing. Everyone is welcome to attend, no previous yoga experience is required but medical clearance is required if suffering from a health problem or injury. Yoga practice can be beneficial for most people but in some cases, a one to one with a yoga therapist is advised as a general class may not be suitable.
