The Aims of the Air Training Corps are:

To promote and encourage among young people a practical interest in aviation and the Royal Air Force. To provide training which will be useful in the Services and civilian life. To foster the spirit of adventure and develop qualities of leadership

The Squadron is run by volunteer staff some of whom are uniformed members of the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserves (Training) or Adult Air Training Corps and others who are Civilian Instructors.  The staff come from a variety of backgrounds with most being ex-cadets and all have a strong interest in ensuring we offer an exciting and varied programme of activities for our current cadets.

Our uniformed staff are: Flight Lieutenant P Mulkerrins RAFVR(T) - Sqn Cdr Pilot Officer K Mulkerrins RAFVR(T) - Sqn Adj Sergeant (ATC) M Naismith Our Civilian Instructors are: Mr Clark Mr Crampin Mr Martin Our Squadron Padre is Pastor Duncan Strathdee of the Dunblane Christian Fellowship
